- Programs to interrupt your applications and remind you to take a break
- Eye drops, solutions
- Upgrading the quality of the monitor
- Increasing the "refresh rate" of the monitor
- Ensuring the monitor is at the most comfortable position
- Getting a "Super Filter" to reduce eye strain
- ... and of course, all of the above
